About us
Our Story
When I founded Phantom Point in 2012 in Crawfordsville, Indiana, I had a simple but firm belief: local businesses deserved enterprise-grade technology support without the bureaucracy, complexity, or detachment that often comes with large providers. I wanted to build a company that solved real problems, communicated clearly, and stood beside its clients as a true partner—not just a vendor.
What started as a small, driven team focused on fixing IT issues and keeping businesses running has grown steadily over the years. As our clients’ needs evolved, so did we. Phantom Point expanded into a full-service technology partner, delivering managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and disaster recovery planning. Every step of that growth was guided by the same goal—to help organizations reduce risk, operate more efficiently, and use technology as a strategic advantage rather than a burden.
Our roots have always mattered to me. We continue to call downtown Crawfordsville home, and that local foundation shapes how we do business: accountable, hands-on, and relationship-driven. At the same time, I’ve always believed that location should never limit vision. We constantly evaluate new technologies, emerging threats, and smarter ways to support our clients so they can stay ahead in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
In 2024, we reached an important milestone with the creation of Phantom Point Technology Group. This next phase of growth allowed Phantom Point Technology Services to become a dedicated segment within a larger organization, giving us the structure and scale needed to grow responsibly, expand our capabilities, and pursue new opportunities—while preserving the values that built our reputation.
Today, whether we’re guiding a major infrastructure upgrade, strengthening cybersecurity defenses, or helping a business modernize its operations, my commitment remains the same as it was in 2012. We do the work the right way, with transparency and care, and we build long-term partnerships rooted in trust. Phantom Point exists to make technology work for businesses—not the other way around.
